Pizza is decent, not earth shattering great but decent. Service is attentive as well. Atmosphere quite pleasant. Not a bad stop in on the ride down the rail trail from Maryland to here :)

Nice location. Nice restaurant space. Nice people. But unimpressive food. I ordered the sampler and the breaded mushrooms had frozen spots in the center. Onion rings with very little onion in them. The pizza was very greasy and not a great tasting sauce or cheese. If you're hungry eat but there are better choices near by.

The food is awesome!! Although I am not a fan of greasy pizza, many people don't mind it. The chicken parmigiana is my favorite dish. I highly recommend this place.

It was right across from the Steam into History Museum. Convenient and nice staff. The food was okay and I would go again.

Delicious pizza. For real. I think it is def in the to 5 pizzas I've ever eaten. That being said... skip the Italian food. I ordered stuffed shells and it was incredibly greasy and lacked flavor. My husband got the buffalo chicken Stromboli.. His review "ehhhh" The bacon cheese fries were really good. Final thought: order pizza here. You won't be disappointed!!

Excellent food! Our table got two Stromboli's, meatball sub, pizza steak and tuna sub. BEST sub rolls anywhere! Everything was fresh, cooked to order and came out piping hot. Service was pleasant however a little slow this Saturday at 4pm. This will be our go to place when in the area!

First time there so I asked what they recommended. The owner said "I don't know". They were busy so I gave him a pass. The wait for normal menu items was going to be 20+ minutes so I ordered pizza slices and a salad. I took the food to a soccer field to eat while my son practiced. The pizza was over thin and over cooked. And of course they forgot my salad dressing. Disappointing!

Every time my family eats at this restaurant we are treated like the staff have something better do than serve our food. Many times we have had to wait for 45 mins to get food, especially carry out. Rude staff, haven't eaten there much since Sons of Sicily opened.

The owner is generous with the portions and there isn't one thing on the menu that I wouldn't have again. Great atmosphere, never disappointing. EXCELLENT clam sauce and pizza. White pizza is fantastic!

Awesome pizza. Prices are reasonable. Lunch special with 2 slices and a soda 4.75. New York style pizza.

I fancy myself a pizza officianado and I have to say they have the best around. Not the best I have ever had, but its the best for miles around. Their subs are borderline awful, however. Stick with the 'za!

Love the food! Especially the home made bread used for the subs!

I used to live in downtown New Freedom and I miss Paesano's the most. Good food at reasonable prices. The pizza is New York style with generous sized slices. (And available by the slice, too!) The buffalo wings are my wife's favorite.

Pizza

Pizza is a famous Italian dish savored around the world. The entire credit for the popularity of Pizza in the United States goes to the chain of pizzerias all over the country. While the base and the texture of Pizza remains same across the globe, it's the toppings that differs from country to country. In the United States, you will find the top pizzerias serving pizzas with the toppings of mainly beef, bacon, chicken, ham, and sausage for the non-vegetarians. Other than these famous meat options, Pizzas with veg toppings such as mushrooms, pepperonis, garlic, tomatoes, spinach, etc. are also famous in most restaurants in the United States.

Irrespective of your locality, you will find a variety of different restaurants in your cities offering pizzas of all different types. Pizza is hot favorite among people of all ages in the United States. A large size pizza is enough to feed a family of 3 or 4 at large. Pizza is also the most preferred food whenever a group of friends is hanging out together. Pizza gained popularity in the United States after the American soldiers stationed in Italy returned from World War II.

Over the years, different pizzerias in the United States have developed their own respective regional variations. Pizza gained popularity as the iconic dish in the United States in the second half of the 20th century. Whether you prefer thin or thick crust pizza, you can find a pizza of your preference at the best pizza restaurants in your city.

Italian Cuisine

The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.

Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.

If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.
